No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download.

Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded. This policy protects the integrity of our digital content.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened; you received the wrong file; or the download link is not working.

In such cases, we will either resend the correct file or issue a store credit at our discretion.
